On the Road!
Dear team: Attached is the page for work groups based on the assignments and into van groups. Please let me know if I have missed anything or anyone. We will pick up the vans from Capps Van rental on south I-35 at noon (will confirm the time) on Saturday. I need Joanne, Paula, John, Benita to be at Capps with DL & Insurance info. Joanne, Paula & I will drive the vans home. Each van will have a notebook with the following: * $350 Visa debit card for fuel, toll fees, etc. * directions & maps * copies of the waivers * contact information * list of cell phone numbers * schedules Tomorrow I will send cell phone #'s of all of the adults. Please save them in your phone. I am sure the kids will bring movies and music to share. Keep your ears open for any inappropriate language and topics and redirect it. If it becomes a problem, bring it to my attention. Everything is coming together well and I am very excited to be working with you all.
